Shipping & delivery

There’s no such thing as fashionably late, which is why we we use a signed-for delivery service for all our items. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Returns

We accept returns or exchanges on items in their original unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item. Make sure you send your returns back to us in time as we’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt. Anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags attached. Items must be in a resalable condition. We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store. Final sale items are non-returnable.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Toomey & Koko. We do suggest using a tracked delivery service to make sure your return gets back to us safely.
