All Items on my store are made on demand. Please find below our terms and conditions about cancellation, returns and refunds.

1/ TERMS OF ORDERS CANCELLATION

After your purchase, whatever the reason, you have 3 days to cancel your order.

Your cancellation request will have to be done by Message on Etsy or at the following address: contact.bouclebene [!at] gmail.com, by specifying your order number in the title of the email.

After this period, the order will not be cancelled and will continue its process until the order is shipped to the address indicated. It will then be necessary to proceed with a return request.

EXCEPTIONAL CASE

If you wish to be reimbursed for any other reason, we will make a partial refund. This partial refund will be for the total amount of your order minus the purchase price of the fabric to make the garment or accessory ordered. The invoice for the fabric will be sent to you to justify the partial refund.

2/ TERMS OF RETURN

Conditions of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of return of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the totality of his order to retract without necessarily giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw from his order by a written statement unambiguous specifying his name and surname, e-mail, address, number and date of order:

The withdrawal form will be sent to you on request.

The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the entire order or the Products.

3/ TERMS ABOUT REFUNDS

In case of withdrawal of the Customer, Boucl’Ebene will refund the payments received from the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days from the day Boucl’Ebene is informed of the decision of withdrawal of the Customer.

1. In case of withdrawal of the Customer on the entire order, Boucl’Ebene will refund all payments received from the Customer, including any delivery charges.
2. In case of withdrawal of the Customer on a part of the Products of the order, Boucl’Ebene will refund the amount of the returned Products.
3. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the Customer has used for his order.
4. Boucl’Ebene may defer this refund until receipt and verification of the Products.
